Geri-Care Connections:

A Recent Testimonial

"My sister in law FW died at home after a long illness at which time Geri-Care provided care for her. She had two caregivers Rose and Woodlyn. As a home care nurse myself for over 20 years (visiting nurse supervisor) these girls were incredibly attentive and compassionate-- not only with my sister in law but my brother. I am sure you have some idea what an excellent representatives of your agency  these aides are, but I wanted to put in writing how grateful all of us in the family were for their contributions. "

"It's Good to be Home"

Thank you for visiting Geri-Care Online. My name is Rinda Farnham, the creator and owner of Geri-Care Connection. I have had many years experience in private duty care of the elderly and those with special needs both in the hospital and in their homes.

Geri-Care Connection is unique in that it is a referral service for nursing care. Geri-Care's objective is to place a companion, nurses' aide, or nurse as a care provider who is most suited to the patient's needs. Each patient is interviewed and they are assessed so that a compatible care provider will be referred. To ensure satisfaction and compatibility, follow-up calls are made to evaluate the performance of the care provider.

If a care provider needs to take time off due to illness, accident, or for any personal matter, Geri-Care will find and schedule another comparable provider to fill in temporarily without detailed involvement of the client.

Geri-Care's offices are located in New Canaan, Connecticut.   We service clients in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland Counties in New York.
