For a very modest fee, Geri-Care will provide you with 24-hour 7-day a week service scheduling and coordinating all of the services that are deemed necessary by the family, client and the in-house assessment by Geri-Care.
Geri-Care is able to provide you with a very cost efficient, single source, service for individualized care management and the necessary specialized caregivers. The cost is made possible because of Geri-Care's unique structure of experienced care managers and a very large cadre of registered caregivers ranging from R.N.'s to non-licensed companions.
Further, in order to ensure continued quality care, Geri-Care provides:

Liaison with the Family Members

Periodic home visits to monitor the care service, health and safety

Coordinate with the clients physician(s) or other health provider(s) as required

Arrange for other services, if desired, such as: travel to doctors appointments meal preparation in-home podiatry or hair grooming other household needs including carpet cleaning or gardening
